Translation to French

To developers: let's include it to the distribution if bartho does not mind.
Только один большой косяк: при переключении на фр. названия карт становятся русскими (понятно, что в zmp фр. имён нет). Надо сделать по умолчанию английские.

Только писать нужно в раздел "Доработка карты (ZMP)", а еще лучше сразу править в репозитории, потому что только сами zmp задают дефолтные надписи.

Not a problem to give the fr.po.

But I must precise that the big work after is to rewrite all the params.txt to add "name_fr=" and evently "ParentSubMenu_fr=".
Not to add only name_fr= and ParentSubMenu_fr=, that's easy but to add the name and ParentSubMenu for each specific file.

For example :
name_en=Google-Cartes
ParentSubMenu_en=Monde-Cartes
is tranformed like that
name_en=Google-Cartes
name_fr=Google-Cartes
ParentSubMenu_en=Monde-Cartes
ParentSubMenu_fr=Monde-Cartes

Do you have a method to add automatically, for all the files ?

I think that we should just rename "name" to "name_ru" and "name_en" to "name" (and same with ParentSubMenu), so you don't need add "name_fr" with duplicate strings from eng.
It can be done automatically with TextCrawler, for example.

Inside, you have one file (fr.po) and a directory (Maps).
It's the collection of the version 150915.
The maps have been modified for name= and ParentSubMenu=.
Now, in english like in french, no problem of language with the maps.

I added French translation and wrote short instruction for translators: https://bitbucket.org/sas_team/sas.translate - if you will follow it, update of translation will be easy. Fell free and ask me if you don't understand something in this instruction.

And I think that it will be useful if someone write same (or more detailed) instruction in our wiki.

Thank you for the transfer. Really, I'm not able to use myself the bugtracker because I don't be comfortable with russian language and the translation in Google is not going well for the real meaning.

In https://bitbucket.org/sas_team/sas.translate, I know how proceed because I have found the good file since 5 months for having yet translated the .po of the version 141214 (in may 2015).
Do you think it's useful to follow each modification and to give you a new file gradually or only sometimes after a lot of changes ?
