LoadFromMemory Fail

Hi

When exporting to Garmin IMG I am getting the following error dialog

EBitmapTileFreeImageLoader: FreeBitMap.LoadFromMemory FAIL!

Plenty of ram and pmenty of disk space. Is there a size/tile limit for export?
